Features of the 2018 Festival

  • Intense rehearsal, lesson, class, concert, and recording schedule. Live like a professional for a week!

  • Learn in private lessons and chamber ensembles from full-time performers and teachers.

  • Learn from and experience world-class artists and ensembles.

  • Perform many times as a soloist and with professional artists in chamber ensembles and marimba orchestra.

  • Get first rate, practical knowledge for your career with master classes and lectures in a variety of topics.

  • For high school and college/young-professionals (no age limit) learning in two tracks: performance-based track and performance/composition-based track.

  • Two days of classes and participation in marimba orchestra for music educators and enthusiasts! (July 13 & 14 only)

Registration & FEE DEADLINES:

Tuition includes all fees, housing, and meals. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

  • June 1 – registration for College/young-professional, and High School Participants

    • Tuition deposit due – 50% of tuition
      • $900 for college/young-pros
      • $750 for high school

  • July 1 – Registration for music educator sessions and/or marimba orchestra participation

    • Full participation fee
      • $155 for music educator sessions only
      • $175 for participation in marimba orchestra
      • $195 for participation in both
      • Accommodations can be made if participant can only attend July 14.
